Who we work for

Built for the people responsible for other people's homes

We do not take on one-off handyman jobs. We work for organisations and landlords who need adaptations and repairs done safely, recorded properly and paid for without surprises.

  1. Care homes & assisted living

Rails, ramps, damp and repairs done safely around residents, with a photo record for your files.

  2. Housing associations & OT referrals

Minor adaptations, DFG works and damp remediation, documented for your case files.

  3. Landlords & letting agents

Compliance-type repairs and adaptations across your portfolio, with photos every time.

  4. Block & estate management

Safe, accessible common parts, plus the roofs and gutters above them.

  5. Schools, FM & commercial buildings

DDA handrails, roof guardrails, step-overs and anti-slip, for sites you manage.

Our specialism

Disability adaptations, fitted to the person and fixed to last

A rail is only as safe as its fixing. We check the wall before we drill, position every rail and ramp to the occupational therapist's recommendations or current guidance, and test it under load before we leave.

Damp and mould

Treated, traced and fixed at the cause

Awaab's Law already applies to social housing and is coming for private landlords. We find why the mould is there, treat it, fix the ventilation, leak or gutter behind it, and give you a report.

Roofing, guttering and contracts

Keep the water out, keep the building safe

Slipped tiles and blocked gutters cause most of the damp we see. We repair them before water reaches residents' rooms, and planned maintenance contracts catch problems early.
